What It Means
Becoming an Advocate for Amelia simply means you support the addition of this beautiful sculpture at Dean Porter Park and you'd like to help spread awareness of Amelia Earhart's contributions to modern society. An Advocate for Amelia may be willing to provide an educational opportunity, offer an activity based on her life adventures, or just show support by displaying a sign or banner at their place of business. The goal of all Advocates for Amelia is to saturate our community with information about Earhart's accomplishments so everyone can be apart of honoring her, visiting the park sculpture, and attending any opportunity offered to our community.
